The WNHA is very honored and privileged to be able to use this arena. We really hope you are too! The Rockin' LJ Arena is the largest privately owned covered arena in Northern Nevada. It measures 350'x150', the base integrity is loose and depth is 3"-4". It's walls are on the South and West side to help with blocking the wind and weather, but leaving an open feeling on the North and East side of the arena of the Rockin' LJ Arena!
Because this is a private arena, the WNHA ask that you show respect to the owner, Lorne Johnson, the manager Helen Brickner and the boarders of the Rockin' LJ Arena, as there are some rules that will be required for the use of this awesome arena. The WNHA and it's members, non-members, spectators and guest are not privileged to the same as a boarder of this establishment, we are GUESTS.
Therefore, WNHA participants are to abide by the following:
***Please be respectfull and courteous to the Boarders at the Rockin' LJ Arena.
***Please do not tie your horses up to the the hot walker, this is for the boarders.
***Please do not leave trash on the ground or at your trailer. As a courtesy, if you see trash or debris on the ground, please pick it up. Most importantly, DO NOT clean your trailer out on this property. This is very rude and should be done at your home, so wait til you get home.
***Please do not block or tie your horses up to any of the arenas, any occupied or empty corrals or pens; do not leave your horse unattended. If you need to tie your horse for any reason, please take your horse to your trailer.
***Do not lounge or exercise your horse on the grounds, except in the designated areas, i.e. the outside arena or the covered arena, when it is opened for breaks.
***Dogs are not allowed at this arena as a guest, it is also a WNHA rule when it events at private arenas. Please leave them at home.
***Please do not take your horse under the 'break area' or 'patio' this is for people only.
